Description: This is a beautiful unit with a fantastic water view overlooking the marina. This condo has an excellent view of St. John and is just above the marina, which offers fishing, sailing, boating, jet ski rentals, etc. This building has the shortest walk to Sapphire Beach, which is just a short walk away. We keep this unit fully stocked and there are two pools and a restaurant on site for your use. Ferries to St. John and the other islands are five minutes away. Some of the world's finest jewelry and wrist watch selections, Duty free shopping, sight seeing or dining are in Charlotte Amalie about 20 minutes away. You will find superb golfing at Mahogany Run, adjacent to world famous Magen’s Bay.
