  1. Units used for short term rentals, and several bookings are on the books for 2022, will transfer to new owner if wanted.  We do have cleaning lady/manager on island, and she would be willing to continue to handle the unit.  Deposits on file.  Unit remodel was finished after Irma and Maria.
